Travel Documents
For Travel within the United States approved Photo ID is required for all flights. Outside of United States, most counties require a valid passport for at least six (6) months beyond your return date. You may also require a visa depending on the country you are visiting and your passport’s country of issue. You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that you and all travelling companions have the appropriate documentation to gain entry to the chosen destination and for re-entry back into United States upon return. You confirm that the spelling of all passenger names entered during the booking process are correct and are how they appear in their travel documentation. You understand that if any changes to the names are required after booking is made, supplier imposed charges will apply. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain all the necessary documents, such as valid passports and visas, which may require entering the destination country. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all required documentations are received before travel departure.
International Travel
Most travel, including travel to international destinations is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risks than others. We urge you to review and evaluate travel prohibitions, warning, announcements, and advisories issued by the government and the aviation administration. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to international destinations, can be found at websites of the US State Department, Transportation Security Agency, Treasury Department, Department of Transportation, the FAA and the Customs & Immigration Service. Requirements for entry and/or stay in foreign countries may be restricted depending on your citizenship. Please consult the Embassy or Consulate of the country visit prior to your trip.
Flights
Check-in/Boarding times: We recommend that passengers allow plenty of time to check-in and obtain their boarding pass for the scheduled flight. Kognitiv on behalf of Hilton Signature Vacations will not be responsible for those passengers who check-in past the airline cut off time. Failure to meet check in times may result in denied boarding, the loss of your assigned seat selection, cancellation of your full booking.
We recommend that you re-confirm your flight reservation with the airline 24 hours prior to departure
Baggage Allowance and Restrictions: Baggage fees are not included in the cost of your trip. Baggage Allowance and Restrictions will apply to all airlines and are subject to change at any time. We recommend that you check with the airline you are traveling with to verify the specific Baggage restrictions.
Notes: Baggage discounts may apply based on frequent flyer status/online checking/form of payment/military/etc
Airline Schedule Changes: All affected schedule changes imposed by the Airlines will be notified by email. Any minor changes less than 30 minutes or with flight number, changes will be automatically accepted on your behalf. Any changes 30 minutes to three hours prior or later from the original departure time (if it conflicts with another confirmed ticket itinerary schedule); passengers will be given an option to modify the flight times within 5 days of receiving the schedule change by email. This modification must be with the same carrier, in the same cabin for first available flight. These modifications can only be performed within the airline’s schedule change rebooking guidelines and cannot be guaranteed. Any voluntary changes are subject to the carrier’s normal change or cancellation penalties. If not acknowledged within 5 days from the receipt of the email communication, Kognitiv on behalf of Hilton Signature Vacations will accept it on behalf of the passengers. We cannot guarantee that the airline will allow modification after the ticket has been reissued or revalidated by the airline. Any major schedule changes beyond three hours from the original departure times; we will send an email notification followed by a phone call to review the affected schedule change. Schedule changes delayed or advanced by 24 hours or more are subject to the next available flight or a full refund. We will not be responsible if the customer fails to enter the correct email and/or phone information. All schedule changes are mandated by airlines directly. Airlines reserve the right to change, cancel or refund based on adjustments to their flight schedules.
Name Changes / Corrections: If the tickets have been issued‚, please note name changes and corrections are not permitted. Once the tickets have been issued and if permitted by the airline‚, an additional fee will be assessed by the airline.
Hotels
For all Hotel bookings, the following term and conditions will apply:

Any incidental charges will be assessed directly to you by hotel upon check –out.

Rates are based on double occupancy, unless otherwise noted. Charges for extra persons (including children) may apply and will be paid directly to the hotel.

Any changes or cancelations of reservation may result in cancelation charges or change fees are subject to a property fee equal to the first night’s rate plus taxes and fees.

No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check -in or early check- out will be given.

Guests must be at least 18 to 20 years of age (depending on jurisdiction) at the time of check-in (depending on individual hotel policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
Special Requests: We will endeavor to pass any reasonable requests to the Service Provider; however, we regret that we cannot guarantee that your special request will be fulfilled. Failure to meet any special request does not signify a breach of contract on our part. We also regret that we cannot accept conditional bookings, ones that is specified to be conditional on the special request or fulfilment. All such bookings will be considered a “regular” booking with a provision of the possible Accommodation of the special request. Currency Prices display are in American Dollars unless otherwise noted. The Service provider may process some charges in foreign currency. In this case, please be aware that posted prices that include foreign currency exchange are approximate amounts only until the transaction has been processed and charged to your credit card
